- Instructional Coach [2020 – 2022] coached a team of three teachers and lead PLC meetings

- Helped teachers design cross-curricular and content projects 

- Redesigned art program to create a more robust offering of electives per student feedback

- Facilitated weekly circles and one on one checks in with Advisory class

- Member of DEI committee, tracked demographics data during remote instruction for equity 

- Managed list of names and pronouns for home contact of trans and non-binary students
